Feliz Navidad!

Another year is almost gone!  Christmas just 5 days away and my best friends birthday tomorrow!  Wow time does fly.  There has been challenging things that have happened this year but hey here we are under a roof and healthy.  Thank You GOD!
I just finished my little gifts for my coworkers hope they like them and enjoy them.  Can't wait to start my vacation!!!!! Woo who!  After tomorrow it starts yes can't wait.

Happy Thanksgiving!

It is so great to be celebrating Thanksgiving already!  I've have the entire week off and it just flew out the window!  Tomorrow is thursday already wow.  I remember when I was younger how I would go with my mom to the black Friday event.  It is crazy!  But we would go and have a good time,  the best part was to go Christmas shopping and instead I would go shopping for my self.  That was fun!!!!!  Well those days are over I usually try to start Christmas shopping ahead of time but this year there will hardly be any shopping done.  Due to a short budget and we just moved.  But who cares about presents all I want is family time and cooking.  I just want to be at home.  That's exactly what I wanted for Thanksgiving but no, I can't.  We are heading out and the worst part is dinner is late.  Thank God for my mother she is cooking earlier so I get to eat twice.  I offer to take green bean casserole.  At least I was able to offer my self to take what I wanted.  At the late dinner I was told what to take (didn't have a choice).  But instead of complaining so much I should just be thankful for what I have, and feel special about being wanted at two different places at the same time.

I can never laugh enough when I watch episodes of "Friends" they are so funny.  I have so many things in my mind the best thing I can do right now is watch "Friends".  It's better than waiting patient less for Breaking Dawn part I.  Can't wait for it!  Specially because it seems to be so much like the book.  Anyway today I was thinking how will I get all of my story I went through last summer in writing.  It feels like going back to school.  But it has to be done, I don't want any one else getting hurt.  It's so unfair to see how crooks are everywhere, and people like us fall for it.  Things happen for a reason.  Good night have a great day tomorrow!

The weekend is almost over!

Good Night everyone!

Another busy day!  I found a decent violin for my daughter, I had to drive all the way to China Town in LA.  But worth it.  I was trying to finish a couple of hats I'm crocheting for my neighbor, and I didn't even had a chance to do anything.  But tomorrow is another day, lazy Thursday at last. The weekend is just around the corner hurray!!!!!!!!!!  I'm tired and have nothing else to write about so GOOD NIGHT!!!  Oh wait wait I just remembered as we were driving back home we saw a falling star (shooting star) it was amazing I had never seen one all four of us were like wow!!!!!!  And made a wish, I really wish for it to come true!  So I will keep you posted.

Busy Tuesday!

I finally have time to rest.  It's been a busy day at home.  My 4th grader wants to play an instrument at school, so it's cool.  But boy everything costs, the rent of the instrument a month is about $20 a month plus $60 deposit.  And now both want to be in cheer leading more money there.  I was thinking of a fundraiser but my daughters are ahead of me, as soon as I mention oh we are going to do some kind of fundraiser to get you guys in cheer and music.  Last thing I know they are half way down the block selling some rings we used to sell at the flea market, and sold $6.00.  They are two business gals. I was so amaze at what they did. They are getting into cheer leading for sure!

School is back and Summer vacation is over!

My family and I had a great summer we all enjoyed our time together.  There was good and not to good things that happened throughout, but the most important thing is we are together, Thank God. I did a lot of crochet, it helps to lower the stress level,  I did a lot of reading and learning about eating healthier too, because let me tell you the one thing you tend to do during summer vacation is eat.  My daughters all they wanted to do was eat. I discovered so many blogs that are awesome!  So creative!
Now that I'm back to work as a teacher assistant, there are a few job openings for teacher, I was considering applying due to our income situation, but according to my boss I don't have the appropriate permit to apply as a preschool teacher. So now I really think it's time to move on I need to keep going on my career, and study hard to take my tests for my teaching credential.  I just pray to, God, that soon my family and I find a place to live so I can go back and focus on my career.

Finally it is here summer vacation!  This school year took a long time to end.  It's been a week and and a half I been on vacation and I have done so much already!  First I been taking my girls to Micheal's to the summer activities, to the park, to the beach, and just relaxed at home. The girls now have a small swimming pool they go into every day to refresh themselves but every time they come out they want to eat.  Actually that is all they want to do eat.  But that is fine as long as they are enjoying their summer vacation.
I have been making lots of crochet hats and other crochet stuff it's so much fun and relaxing specially now that I know a little more stitches.  I need to load them up to the blog.  Well it is all for now have a great day!

Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to  all of you hope you have a wonderful day!  So I have found out that most of the my ex-office colleagues are retiring!  Wow!  Finally oops I meant Good for them hahaha!  It must be nice to move on after so many years of hard work.  They will all be missed!  So I can't wait for vacation it will be here in no time yeah!  Seven more weeks and the school year is over.  I am looking forward into a class I'm taking this summer, can't wait.  Well see you all have a wonderful week.

Good Day Everyone!

This is my week back at work since spring break last week.  It felt nice to stay home all week although with kids you might feel like you just get out of one job to start another.  Oh man! they just want to eat!!!!!!!! But Thank God we are all doing good. 
This vacation made me reflect on many things I want to do and make sure I accomplish.  The first one is re-embracing on my cosmetology career.  There is nothing like working at your own pace and own time.  It's been quite a while since I did hair, but it is time I need the change.  Summer jobs will not be available this year at work and who knows for how long and besides it is nice to try something else.  Anyway, I have started by doing hairdo's on the weekends.  So if any one is interested let me know.  I did this type of job a few years back and it was pretty good.  I'm also going back to my old floral roots and making center pieces for special occasions, selling balloons, and arrangements for special occasions. Ok to be continued! Daughter is hungry see what I mean.

Long Time no post!

Hi everyone!  I've been having fun crocheting scarves and learning new stitches.  I am so excited and flattered by my friends mother who is a crocheter herself, for years, and I actually taught her a stitch!  Like my daughter says (her new word) awesome!  
Eight more days till Spring break!  Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This school year has gone so fast.  I miss the afternoon teacher, it would be nice if she came back to our classroom.  Changes, Changes hm.

Happy Love and Friendship Month!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines weekend.  But lets not forget that it's not only a day but the whole month should be about friendship, and caring.  Went to Baja California for the weekend and had a great time!  Rosarito is lonely thanks to all the scare we get from the news.  It is really quiet out there and peaceful as long as you don't get into any ones business.  My family and I had a great time, we ate dinner at Puerto Nuevo, in this nice small restaurant, the food was pretty good and very economic also very fresh.  So if anyone is heading south you got to stop at Puerto Nuevo don't let the news stop you from going it is so much fun!
