How to make recycled crayons!

Today is my last vacation day so I realized I had these old crayons in the garage I brought from school, the teachers usually throw them away.  So I said why not recycle them.  I had forgotten all about them until I saw the bag while I was going through my stuff..  And so here are the results and easy steps.  It is a very simple thing to do just spare some time and do it.  If you have your kids help you it's wonderful because peeling the paper off is the most time consuming.  But other than that they are fast to make.  Have fun and don't forget to post your stuff too!  If you do get to do this make sure you let me know how they turned out.  Have a great day!

1.First you peel off the paper from the old broken crayons.
2. Then you break them into one inch pieces.

3. Insert them in a cupcake container make sure you put some veggie oil or oil cooking spray.  If you use silicone cupcake containers will work best the crayons are easier to come out.

4. Next put them in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.  Wait for them to cool down.

 5. Color your day away!

How to Make Salsa Fresca with Mango!

Ingridients

3 Jalapeno peppers
1 Small onion
Cilantro
1 Mango
1Tomato (medium size)
Half a lemon

You start by cutting all the ingredients into tiny little squares.  The jalapenos is best if you take out the seeds and white veins, just be careful not to get it on your eyes or skin.  After you cut all the ingredients into tiny squares, you combined them all together in a bowl add the lemon juice, salt, and if you want to add some pepper.  This salsa can be enjoyed with tortilla chips.  You can serve it at any type of gathering.  It is best to make during the summer time because of the availability of the Mango, but you can always alternate the fruit instead of Mango you can substitute it with Apples.  Hope you enjoy!  Please post your salsa making results!  Prep time: 15 minutes

If by any chance you do get spicy on your hands make sure to rub some butter on the area and wait a couple of minutes and then wash it off.  The butter tends to ease the burning of the Chile on the skin.
If that doesn't work run you hands through your hair, or affected area with your hair.  The natural oils of your hair cools and takes down the burning on your skin.

Today at Training

Today was a long morning at work since it was training day and the speaker was a bit boring.  One of our  Supervisors who monitor the training was great, she is always so cheerful and happy to be around us.  On the other hand what made it fun was to see all of my coworkers, we were able to exchange our summer vacation details and experiences.  I am waiting for my pictures to be downloaded so I can post them.  Well that's all for today I am trying to finish a scarf I am working on so see you all!
